At our motocross track, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for all our riders. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy outlined below:
Practice-
1. NO refunds for practice
Training-
1. No refunds unless there is an unforseen curcunstance suh as an injury- these will be addressed on a case by case basis
Events
1. **Event Cancellations**: If an event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions or safety concerns), all participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.
2. **Participant Cancellations**:
- If you need to cancel your registration:
- Cancellations made at least **14 days** prior to the event date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between **7 to 14 days** prior to the event will receive a **50% refund**.
- Cancellations made within **7 days** of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
3. **Credit Transfers**: If you cannot make it to the event but would like to transfer your registration to another participant, please contact us at least **72 hours** before the event to facilitate the transfer.
4. **No Shows**: Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for participants who do not show up for their scheduled event without prior notification.
5. **Refund Process**: All refund requests must be submitted via email or our website contact form. Please include your registration details and the reason for your request. Refunds will be processed within **14 business days**.
6. **Exceptions**: We may consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis, so please reach out to us if you believe your situation warrants it.
